Professional Witness |
| A Professional Engineer in Industry holds a very responsible position and is not immune from having to account for his/her actions formally. The law may require an Engineer to appear in court for many reasons, including but limited too, corporate unlawful death following a catastrophic accident, litigation regarding products or suppliers, a failure to comply with Health & Safety. Equally the professional expertise of an engineer may be utilized as an Expert Witness providing specialist advice to assist the court make the correct decision. |
