GAR Engineering is a North Carolina based engineering firm that has had a strong influence on the Charlotte Skyline. We specialize in fire protection and life safety through sprinkler/alarm systems along with fire wall engineering judgements. We also offer standard plumbing, mechanical and electrical trade designs. In addition to this, we help with storage and occupancy classifications from light hazard to explosion hazard and everything in between. Although we are based in NC, we have a worldwide clientele.

We provide our clients with designs that include both life safety emphasis and energy conscious ‘green’ design. The protection of life and property from fire through engineering services has been the main goal of GAR Engineering for over a quarter-century.
